Attention All Property Owners…
2011 assessment letters and statements have to been mailed to all homeowners. If you have any questions or have not received your statement please don’t hesitate to give our office a call at 843-795-8484 ext. 324 or 305. All payments should be mailed to the PO Box in Columbia and checks should be made payable to your Homeowner’s Association – not CMG. Please remember that payments will be considered late if not posted to your account by the 30th of January 2011.
